§ 1238.1 - Scope.

This part establishes a consumer product safety standard for stationary activity centers.

§ 1238.2 - Requirements for stationary activity centers.

Each stationary activity center shall comply with all applicable provisions of ASTM F2012-24, Standard Consumer Safety Performance Specification for Stationary Activity Centers, approved on November 1, 2024. The Director of the Federal Register approves this incorporation by reference in accordance with 5 U.S.C. 552(a) and 1 CFR part 51.
