§ 5.221 - Criminal penalties.

A violation of the labeling provisions of 27 U.S.C. 205(e) is punishable as a misdemeanor. See 27 U.S.C. 207 for the statutory provisions relating to criminal penalties, consent decrees, and injunctions.

§ 5.222 - Conditions of basic permit.

A basic permit is conditioned upon compliance with the requirements of 27 U.S.C. 205,including. A willful violation of the conditions of a basic permit provides grounds for the revocation or suspension of the permit, as applicable, as set forth in part 1 of this chapter.

§ 5.223 - Compromise.

Pursuant to 27 U.S.C. 207,the,with.S.C. 205, to compromise the liability arising with respect to such violation upon payment of a sum not in excess of $500 for each offense, to be collected by the appropriate TTB officer and to be paid into the Treasury as miscellaneous receipts.
