§ 569.801 - Procedures.
For license application procedures and procedures relating to amendments, modifications, or revocations of licenses; administrative decisions; rulemaking; and requests for documents pursuant to the Freedom of Information and Privacy Acts (5 U.S.C. 552 and 552a), see part 501, subpart E, of this chapter.
§ 569.802 - Delegation of certain authorities of the Secretary of the Treasury.
Any action that the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized to take pursuant to Executive Order 13894 of October 14, 2019 (E.O. 13894), and any further Executive orders relating to the national emergency declared therein, and any action that the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized to take pursuant to the Presidential Memorandum of October 9, 2012: Delegation of Certain Functions and Authorities under the Iran Threat Reduction and Syria Human Rights Act of 2012; the Presidential Memorandum of September 29, 2017: Memorandum on Delegation of Certain Functions and Authorities Under the Countering America's Adversaries Through Sanctions Act of 2017, the Ukraine Freedom Support Act of 2014, and the Support for the Sovereignty, Integrity, Democracy, and Economic Stability of Ukraine Act of 2014; the Presidential Memorandum of March 31, 2020: Delegation of Certain Functions and Authorities Under the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020; or the Presidential Memorandum of September 13, 2024: Delegation of Certain Sanctions-Related Authorities Under Public Law 118-50, may be taken by the Director of OFAC or by any other person to whom the Secretary of the Treasury has delegated authority so to act.
