For purposes of this part, the term:
Minimum capital level means the lowest amount of capital meeting any regulation or orders issued pursuant to 12 U.S.C. 1426 and 12 U.S.C. 4612,or,order.
Rescission means a removal in whole or in part of an increase in the temporary minimum capital level.
