The confidentiality provisions of section 6 of the CPSA, 15 U.S.C. 2055,apply. The Commission shall afford information submitted under this part the protection afforded to information submitted under section 15(b), in accordance with section 6(b)(5) of the CPSA and subpart G of part 1101 of title 16 of the CFR.
