§ 60.5725b - § 60.5725b In lieu of a State plan submittal, are there other acceptable option(s) for a State to meet its CAA section 111(d) obligations?

A State may meet its CAA section 111(d) obligations only by submitting a State plan or a negative declaration letter (if applicable).
