§ 29.902 - Does the Equal Access to Justice Act apply to the Program?

The Equal Access to Justice Act (EAJA), 5 U.S.C. 504 and 28 U.S.C. 2414,and.30 and 6101.31; 49 CFR part 6) will apply if the Tribe's compact or funding agreement make these provisions applicable.
